Excel Magazine International has announced Chi-chi Ikwechegh as the winner of the beauty of the week for the brand.

Ihiasota Boniface, the CEO of the magazine, remarked that the selection of Chi-chi as a winner was well-deserved, considering her distinctive beauty and how she has used it to inspire society.
